Andrea has spent more than 20 years helping mission-driven organizations figure out how people can do meaningful work together without losing the humanity along the way. At Earthshot, she stewards the company’s operating system, compensation, culture, cross-functional coordination, and retreats, with a particular focus on progressive organizational design and self-management. Andrea has helped guide Earthshot’s evolution into a company with no middle managers and a net regrettable attrition rate of 1.3% over the past three years. Earthshot has been nominated twice for the ZeroDX Awards for its organizational transformation work. Before Earthshot, Andrea spent more than a decade at Greenheart International, where she served on the leadership team and led development, outreach, education, and culture initiatives. She is part of Corporate Rebels’ Transformer Program and holds a BA in International Studies, magna cum laude, from Loyola University Chicago.
