Karolina’s career has always been about connecting systems, people, and practical outcomes. At Earthshot, that means working across the full LandOS stack to turn ecological and carbon models into tools that carbon market professionals and scientists can use every day. She partners closely with the science team on forest monitoring, biomass methods, restoration forecasting, and future climate projections. Karolina brings more than eight years of experience across e-commerce, digital agencies, and climate tech, including technical lead and project management roles for teams of up to nine developers. Earlier in her career, she coordinated Fairtrade certification audits across 24 countries in Latin America, giving her an unusual grounding in both technology and international sustainability systems.
