Théa’s path into carbon has always been hands-on, from fieldwork and drone surveys to growth modeling and project leadership. At Earthshot, she leads IFM and REDD+ projects in Canada, the United States, and Cambodia from feasibility through Verra and ACR validation, develops ARR growth models under Verra VM0047, and manages the company’s empirical growth database. Her field experience spans Latin America, Asia, and Mongolia, including mangrove sampling. Before Earthshot, Théa worked at NASA JPL and in research labs, and her work has been published through IEEE Aerospace. She holds a BS in Environmental Sciences from UC Berkeley.
