We are a close community of international team members working remotely. Each team member determines their day-to-day. We practice transparency, autonomy, and authenticity. We have full participation at the weekly team meeting and host annual team retreats in beautiful locations to stay inspired and connected. Our retreats allow the team to spend quality time in nature, collaborate on projects, get to know each other and share our gifts and passions through co-created activities like movement classes, cooking, and singing. At Earthshot, we appreciate good humor, kindness, and a genuine love of this planet.
